I have down with cough virus and it havent recover for 2 weeks. Haiz. Have been stop exercise for about 1 weeks. Before yesterday training my last run was on last tue which i need a 7 times running up NTU slope. Yesterday went back for my track workout, it was so tough for me especially i having cough. My lung and body and trying to breath to get oxygen but i keep coughing. During the training i also vomit out the medicine which i took around 6pm. I told myself that i need to complete the sets which is given by coach so i complete le. 16 x 400m.

Now my body is aching and weak, later will be going for easy 30 mins run or swim. Then i will be doing stretching hopfully will be fine after the easy 30 mins exercise. Tmr will be my 1st CERT test which i need to do IPPT with atlest a Sliver result then follow by a 9 mins SOC and a thoery test. Pray that i will do well for it. I know my body is not in a very gd condition to do it but i must clear it cos it will determine my allowances for 6 months. SO JIAYOU for myself.

After yesterday training, coach spoke to me and i realize that i really need to do something about my training not just anyhow do. Train smart. He told me when i ready let him know thus he do not want to put pressure on me. I must revenge my aviva 70.3 and my army half marathon which is replace by SCSM 21km.

RUnning team also ahve some conflict which our team captain left the team, haiz. I really do not want to see the team to go down. Hopefully the team spirit will go stronger and of cos we will be keep improving .

After a disappointed Desaru race and an injuries which stop me from running for 3 weeks. Finally i back in the track again, I realise that my stamina and speed has drop but nvm.

Today went to watch G-Force, the movie was nice and cute. hahhaa. I remember it say that, (i must have faith in myself). It teaches me that i really need to believe in myself especially my body and mind. Pass few weeks, i broke down due to my injuries and i lost a war against myself. I learnt a lesson, maybe i want to see the result too fast not much paitent. I read article about Chris Maccormack ( MACCA) he took 10 yrs to achieve his dream. He mention that during his 10 yrs of training he always has the mindset of giving up but he want to prove people that he can make it so he keep trying and train harder. Then in 2007 he won the Ironman World Championship in Kona Hawaii. After i read the article , i learnt to be paitent in the progress of having the result. It might not be able to achieve it now but i believe that if i dont stop training, i will get the timing which i want in a few yrs time. I will not repeat the same mistake again and i wont lose to myself again. PRESS ON

This coming sunday will be another race for me. Trifactor, actually i dont feel like doing it due to my injuries. Seem like injuries is better alot better now, i will take it as my training and it will be another discipine that tell me not to push my body. I cant wait to take a group photo with the tri21 ppl. We will be wearing our tri 21 trisuit on that day so try to spot all of them. =p.

Last mins mileages 30.4km run. 63km bike. 2.9km swim.

Without the rain there will be no rainbow so dont give up when the pace is too slow.

Today is 16 aug and it is my birthday and is also a big day for those who have been training very hard for the ahm.
Actually i also is one of the runner for ahm too bad i having a muscle pull which make me have to withdraw the race. Next race trifactor i might be withdraw too see how is my condition. It still have about 3 weeks to go, if i am able to go for the race that will be an easy one.
Today morning plan to wake up early for a ride but i still feel my strain on my calf so i have to cancel my ride and return back to my lala land. I went to marina square to meet up the tri 21 training mate in the morning. Most of them did pretty well for their ahm.
Due to my injuries i am going to out from running for around 2 to 3 weeks. During this point of time actually i feel very down. Haiz. When i want to run i cant run, when i can run, i seldom forcus to run. After the desaru race, it really depress me but nvm. I slowly getting better and stronger. I found out that these few week after my desaru race i only lose to someone which is myself so i have to get back to the track. Without this race i wont know that i am so WEAK.
My gd training mate bought a shoe as my present today, he told me that hope this shoe will motivate me for my run. I feel so touch and happy that i still have 1 more gd fren around me. The shoe call as NIKE FREE 5.0


I went to find some info of this shoe. The use of the shoe is to simulate running with barefoot. There are research saying that actually we should run barefoot on track once per week. By doing this excerise it help to strength our feet and reduce some injuries. I am looking forward to wear this shoe mean i hope i can recover fast and back into track soon.

Hi guy

I just back from desaru. The weather over in desaru was gd. =). I meet my aiming timing. I think i complete in 6hrs 23mins but the distance was not accurate.

Race day i knew that my body will unable to perform to the max le due to the muscle condition now. Haiz, Last week did a brick workout 90km cycle and 14km run, the timing was gd so i thought i will achieve a gd timing for this desaru race. yesterday my body condition cope up. =(.
During the short warm up i can feel my knee have aching. Glad to see her doing very well, think she is happy with her timing .

During the race my cycling for 1st 2 loops was fine till the last loop my avg 32km/hr drop till 28.8km/hr. what a drop, i have no energy to cycle, leg start to cramp and my nutrient went off. I jsut have nothing to say but to blame myself. I cant even run the 1st loop on my run leg, hardly run. WHY? . Everything just went off for this race. sad and disappointed. No excuse for this time round.

Due to my condition, i shall give up my army half , tri factor will be next race and follow by 21km standard charted. I will like to train very hard for next yr aviva. Really will like to hit 5hrs 45mins or lesser. Coming fri will be another physio section. Really hope to recover fast.

Last week was the Port Dickson Triathlon. My 1st OD triathlon in the year of 2009. hahahaa.
The race was gd, i will say that it worth of the money to go there for race. I achieve my personnel best. My watch timing show 2 hrs 42mins, I am super happy with the timing. I shall go next yr again and try to go faster. The hotel which where we had stay was gd, it gave me a feeling that i want to stay 1 more night before going back to singapore. The next race will be desaru, have to train hard for this week and next week before i temper down for desaru race. I am excitied and also tired. I jsut hope i will do my best and meet my target. After Desaru will be army half marathon then follow by trifactor and standard charted marathon. Gd training programme is important and also nutrient. =)

Lastly i shall congrate those ppl who complete in their switzerland ironman. gd job guys.

I am back from blogging .

Last week was the sundown marathon, i will like to congrate those who has complete it. No matter how long you took it will be fine as long u complete it. I have frens who join 84km and of cos lot of other fren joining 42km, i am proud to say 95% of my fren did complete. For those who keen to join the dec standard charted marathon (42km) I will join you all for that race. hehehe.

Currently i has been training for desaru long distance triathlon and army half marathon. I hope that I will achieve a gd timing for these 2 events. As in for Port Dickson triathlon will be a warm up race for myself. Hope can do my personnal best for there. Today training @ ngee ann poly with my team mate ( Run fanatics) The team has been very well plan for training especially the coach Sham, Weeling and Trica has been doing well to contact us regarding the training plan. Today coach Sham say i improve le and he ask me to train regularly to see more improvement and event our captain Tricia did mention i improving too. I am so glad to heard that. =).

Next week ,we ( Run Fanatics) going to start training seriously for Army Half marathon. Weekly run millages has to clock 80km. Sunday i will have to plan my training for next week and i also training for my Desaru Triathlon so i hope it wont really affect my training plan too. I beileve i will able to make it without crashing both 2 event training together. Tmr i will be swimming to increase the swim millages , sat will be doing around 16 to 20km of running lastly will be sunday and will be cycling hope to achieve 75 to 90km distance.

Sometimes i think that i am luckly that i do not have gf now. hahhaa. i have time for my training and also i can use my own $$ to buy stuff which i needed. 13 June will be meeting up some of my bro for dinner. I beg we will have lots of topic to talk with.

Next yr aviva half ironman in on 21 march. I will be back for that event, this year due to training and having course in camp, i am unable to join. So i shall sign up soon . =p. I will end here have to pack my bag for tmr. Gd Night Guys.
